Business Development Specialist (Freelancers)

Role's Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to increase the freelancers base (outreach campaigns, referral & partnerships)

2. Guide new freelancers through the onboarding process (Product setup, trainings & best practices)

3. Track and improve onboarding completion rates to reduce drop-offs.


Role's Basic Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in Real estate,growth operations, sales operations, account management or community management)

2. Data driven mindset with ability to track KPIs (e.g. conversion rates, churn, engagement..)
