Account Manager

As an Account Manager at our leading FinTech company, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our merchants, working closely with them to ensure satisfaction and drive adoption of our innovative financial solutions. Through regular engagement and on-site interactions, you will build strong, long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities within your accounts, and contribute to our mission of transforming the financial landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned client accounts through regular engagement and follow-ups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and proactively drive upselling and cross-selling of additional products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, onboarding, and ongoing delivery of client solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide relevant insights and added value to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the FinTech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
