Job Summary:

As an Arabic-speaking creator operation, you will be a key pioneer in building Bilibili’s presence in the Middle East and North Africa region. You will drive user growth and community engagement through culturally relevant content, localized campaigns, and strategic creator partnerships, helping to shape Bilibili into a beloved digital home for Arabic-speaking youth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and execution of localized user operations, content campaigns, and community activities tailored to Arabic-speaking audiences.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with local creators, influencers, and content partners to foster a vibrant and sustainable Arabic content ecosystem on Bilibili.

3. Conduct market research to understand regional trends, user behaviors, and cultural nuances, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features, content guidelines, and community policies resonate with local culture and user expectations.

5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement across the Arabic-speaking region.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Middle Eastern Studies, or a related field.

2. Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic and strong professional command of English; Chinese language ability is a plus.

3. 3+ years of experience in user operations, content operations, campaign management, or community building, preferably in the MENA region.

4. Deep understanding of the Arabic digital landscape, social media platforms, and content consumption habits; an existing network of local creators or media resources is highly preferred.

5. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, creative mindset, data sensitivity, and a passion for building online communities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a content platform, social media company, or digital entertainment business.

- Familiarity with Bilibili’s community culture, content formats, or creator economy.

- Background in gaming, anime, lifestyle, or youth culture content.
