This paid position is perfect for someone eager to grow their administrative and bookkeeping expertise in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily office functions including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records in our accounting system.</li><li>Handle incoming calls via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations using our accounting software.</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence with accuracy.</li><li>Assist with accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Accurately record weekly sales and deposits in the accounting system.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.</li><li>Experience with an accounting/bookkeeping software is highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.</li><li>Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
