Four Seasons Family of Companies is currently looking to fill a QC Utility Associate to assist and perform a variety of general tasks where and when needed within the Quality and Inventory departments.
THE BASICS:<ul><li>Schedule: Monday &ndash; Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm Rotating weekend every 4th weekend</li><li>Location: Ephrata, PA</li></ul>
WHAT YOU DO:<ul><li>Work with the QC team to take and record temperatures of inbound product</li><li>Assist the Operations team with Outbound Consolidation</li><li>Operate equipment to assist with QC and Inventory related movement and put away tasks</li><li>Assist with damage consolidation within the warehouse</li><li>Operate equipment safely, follow safe work practices, maintain a safe work area, and adhere to food safety policies</li><li>Other related responsibilities as needed</li></ul>
WHAT YOU BRING:<ul><li>A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency</li><li>General knowledge of produce experience preferred</li><li>Ideally, prior knowledge of Four Seasons Produce, Inc. operations</li><li>Proficiency in scanners, Priya, JDE, MS Office Suite and other similar systems</li><li>Ability to be trained and demonstrate flexibility with diverse functions</li><li>Must be able to distinguish colors for grading produce and have keen attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and make sound decisions</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to efficiently work independently</li></ul>
