QC Utility Associate

Four Seasons Family of Companies is currently looking to fill a QC Utility Associate to assist and perform a variety of general tasks where and when needed within the Quality and Inventory departments.

THE BASICS:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm Rotating weekend every 4th weekend
• Location: Ephrata, PA

WHAT YOU DO:

• Work with the QC team to take and record temperatures of inbound product
• Assist the Operations team with Outbound Consolidation
• Operate equipment to assist with QC and Inventory related movement and put away tasks
• Assist with damage consolidation within the warehouse
• Operate equipment safely, follow safe work practices, maintain a safe work area, and adhere to food safety policies
• Other related responsibilities as needed

WHAT YOU BRING:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency
• General knowledge of produce experience preferred
• Ideally, prior knowledge of Four Seasons Produce, Inc. operations
• Proficiency in scanners, Priya, JDE, MS Office Suite and other similar systems
• Ability to be trained and demonstrate flexibility with diverse functions
• Must be able to distinguish colors for grading produce and have keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and make sound decisions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills
• Ability to efficiently work independently
