Advance Your Career in Medical AestheticsThe Renaissance Medispa at Fox Valley Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our physician-led medical aesthetics team. Join an established plastic surgery practice with an existing patient base and a steady flow of aesthetic consultations.This is an opportunity to work alongside board-certified plastic surgeons while providing advanced skincare treatments using industry-leading technology, including Sciton&reg; laser systems**, BBL HERO&trade;, MOXI&reg;, HALO&reg; and VISIA&reg; Skin Analysis. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skin health, committed to exceptional patient care, and excited to continue learning the latest aesthetic treatments.Essential Functions<ul><li>Perform customized medical-grade facials, Hydrafacial&reg;, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare treatments.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive skin evaluations using the VISIA Skin Analysis System to develop personalized treatment plans.</li><li>Perform or assist with Sciton laser and light-based treatments, depending on experience and training.</li><li>Educate patients about skin health, treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care.</li><li>Recommend physician-grade skincare products tailored to each patient's needs.</li><li>Document treatments accurately within the electronic medical record.</li><li>Prepare and stock treatment rooms and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control.</li><li>Record patient needs and preferences, and the services provided into an EMR.</li><li>Build long-term relationships by delivering outstanding patient care and service.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in skincare products, laser technology, and aesthetic procedures.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Current Wisconsin Esthetician License.</li><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice.</li><li>Experience with Sciton laser platforms is highly desirable, but we are willing to train the right candidate.</li><li>Experience performing Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments.</li><li>Knowledge of physician-grade skincare products.</li><li>Strong communication and consultation skills.</li><li>Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.</li><li>Ability to educate patients and confidently recommend treatments and skincare products based on individual needs.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Why Join Fox Valley Plastic Surgery?For more than 30 years, Fox Valley Plastic Surgery has been one of Northeast Wisconsin's most respected cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics practices.
