The Renaissance Medispa at Fox Valley Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our physician-led medical aesthetics team. Join an established plastic surgery practice with an existing patient base and a steady flow of aesthetic consultations.

This is an opportunity to work alongside board-certified plastic surgeons while providing advanced skincare treatments using industry-leading technology, including Sciton® laser systems**, BBL HERO™, MOXI®, HALO® and VISIA® Skin Analysis. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skin health, committed to exceptional patient care, and excited to continue learning the latest aesthetic treatments.

Essential Functions

• Perform customized medical-grade facials, Hydrafacial®, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive skin evaluations using the VISIA Skin Analysis System to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform or assist with Sciton laser and light-based treatments, depending on experience and training.
• Educate patients about skin health, treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care.
• Recommend physician-grade skincare products tailored to each patient's needs.
• Document treatments accurately within the electronic medical record.
• Prepare and stock treatment rooms and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control.
• Record patient needs and preferences, and the services provided into an EMR.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering outstanding patient care and service.
• Stay current with advancements in skincare products, laser technology, and aesthetic procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Esthetician License.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice.
• Experience with Sciton laser platforms is highly desirable, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience performing Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments.
• Knowledge of physician-grade skincare products.
• Strong communication and consultation skills.
• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to educate patients and confidently recommend treatments and skincare products based on individual needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
