Pay: Starting at $23/hour (based on experience), plus service commission tied to revenue and commission on retail skincare sales

At iHydrate Med Spa & Wellness, our approach to aesthetics is built on science, patient education, and lasting skin health. As a provider owned medical spa, we design personalized, results driven treatments that help our patients look and feel like themselves.

We're adding an experienced, patient-focused esthetician to our growing team two days a week. If you love skincare, take pride in educating your patients, and want to work side by side with medical providers, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Perform professional HydraFacial treatments and PCA Skin chemical peels, building customized plans around each patient's goals.
• Morpheus8 RF microneedling treatments and Laser Hair Removal.
• Lead detailed skin consultations, walking patients through their options, realistic expectations, and long-term skincare strategy.
• Recommend medical-grade skincare from ZO Skin Health, Epicutis, and EltaMD based on each patient's needs, and earn commission on every product sold.
• Capture before-and-after photos and keep treatment documentation accurate and current.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, fully stocked, and up to medical spa standards.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience that keeps patients comfortable from check-in to check-out. Build rapport with patients.
• Contribute to social media content when the opportunity comes up—treatment videos, educational pieces, and before-and-after photography.

What We're Looking For

• Active Illinois Esthetician License.
• Hands-on experience with HydraFacial treatments and PCA Skin chemical peels.
• Experience with, or strong familiarity with, Morpheus8 and RF microneedling workflows.
• Confidence guiding patients on skincare and recommending the right home-care routine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently while staying closely connected to our providers.
• Committed to continuing education and keeping pace with what's new in aesthetics.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay of $23/hour.
• Commission based on monthly revenue performed.
• Commission on all retail skincare sales.
• Paid leave accrued under Illinois/Cook County Paid Leave requirements (1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked).
• $500 continuing education reimbursement after one year of employment.

Schedule

• Part-time, roughly 2 days per week.
