Job Summary The Foxhole Bar &amp; Lounge is the fundraising arm of the American Legion Post 185. We are currently looking to add a couple of bartenders to our team. Hourly pay plus tips, which are paid in cash nightly.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly manner; take orders &amp; serve food</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area</li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions</li><li>Uphold responsible serving policies by recognizing intoxication signs and managing guest interactions appropriately</li><li>Complete daily opening and/or closing tasks based on shift, including stocking, cleaning, etc.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Able to work with POS systems</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally</li><li>Hold a valid WI Operator&rsquo;s License, or be able to obtain license upon hire</li><li>Relevant experience is preferred</li><li>Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed is required</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $10.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
