Bartender

Job Summary
The Foxhole Bar & Lounge is the fundraising arm of the American Legion Post 185. We are currently looking to add a couple of bartenders to our team. Hourly pay plus tips, which are paid in cash nightly.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner; take orders & serve food
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions
• Uphold responsible serving policies by recognizing intoxication signs and managing guest interactions appropriately
• Complete daily opening and/or closing tasks based on shift, including stocking, cleaning, etc.

Requirements

• Able to work with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Hold a valid WI Operator’s License, or be able to obtain license upon hire
• Relevant experience is preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed is required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour
