Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness to meet food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for billing purposes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times.
• Assist in setting up for special events such as banquets or private parties, providing catering support when needed.
• Maintain a lively atmosphere by serving drinks promptly in settings ranging from fine dining to nightclubs and festivals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate billing.
