Waitress/Bartender

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar and dining spaces
• Manage cash handling, billing, and POS transactions efficiently and accurately
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order processing
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus; culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required
