Bubble Tea Shop Team Member

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Operate POS systems such as Toast POS efficiently for order processing.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and organizing the café to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support team members during busy hours by multitasking in crafting drinks, taking orders, and maintaining a positive environment.
• Lifting heavy objects when it’s necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred; familiarity with coffee or beverage preparation is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous.
• Understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
