This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a professional and friendly workplace atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading for accuracy</li><li>Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and support office management activities</li><li>Support administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining office supplies inventory</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Bilingual (Spanish and English) abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively</li><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette for professional communication</li><li>Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping and proofreading</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously</li><li>Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required; personal assistant experience is also valued</li></ul>Join our team as a Secretary/Receptionist where your organizational talents will shine!
