We prioritize paid positions that recognize your effort and commitment from day one.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios.</li><li>Execute detailed floor care routines such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.</li><li>Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.</li><li>Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures to promote a healthy environment.</li><li>Manage janitorial duties such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning products to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and residents.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality roles provides valuable skills applicable to this position.</li><li>Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care equipment enhances your ability to deliver top-quality service.</li><li>Hands-on experience in laundry operations or housekeeper roles demonstrates your attention to detail and efficiency.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning best practices ensures compliance with health regulations.</li><li>Customer service background helps in building positive relationships with clients and understanding their expectations.</li><li>Certification or training in commercial cleaning or custodial services is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
