Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios.
• Execute detailed floor care routines such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
• Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures to promote a healthy environment.
• Manage janitorial duties such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning products to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and residents.

Experience

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable.
• Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality roles provides valuable skills applicable to this position.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care equipment enhances your ability to deliver top-quality service.
• Hands-on experience in laundry operations or housekeeper roles demonstrates your attention to detail and efficiency.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning best practices ensures compliance with health regulations.
• Customer service background helps in building positive relationships with clients and understanding their expectations.
• Certification or training in commercial cleaning or custodial services is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Pay: $100.00 - $600.00 per week
