This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to justice and client advocacy.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Assist attorneys with all stages of personal injury litigation, including case intake, investigation, and discovery processes</li><li>Organize and maintain case files</li><li>Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and correspondence</li><li>Review and analyze medical records, accident reports, and other pertinent documentation for accuracy and relevance</li><li>Manage document review processes and ensure proper filing in compliance with court rules and firm policies</li><li>Coordinate depositions, client interviews, and court filings while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Paralegal experience in personal injury law or related litigation fields</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines</li><li>Excellent writing skills for drafting pleadings, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of legal procedures related to personal injury cases</li><li>Familiarity with E-Filing processes and procedures in both state and federal court</li><li>Exceptional communication skills for interviewing clients, witnesses, and collaborating with attorneys and court personnel</li><li>Ability to handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, transcription, and maintaining organized case files</li></ul>This role is ideal for a motivated paralegal eager to contribute to impactful personal injury cases while honing a broad range of legal skills.
