Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing case files, drafting essential documents, and supporting attorneys with all facets of litigation. <Responsibilities>

  • Assist attorneys with all stages of personal injury litigation, including case intake, investigation, and discovery processes
  • Organize and maintain case files
  • Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and correspondence
  • Review and analyze medical records, accident reports, and other pertinent documentation for accuracy and relevance
  • Manage document review processes and ensure proper filing in compliance with court rules and firm policies
  • Coordinate depositions, client interviews, and court filings while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved

<Qualifications>

  • Paralegal experience in personal injury law or related litigation fields
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent writing skills for drafting pleadings, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of legal procedures related to personal injury cases
  • Familiarity with E-Filing processes and procedures in both state and federal court
  • Exceptional communication skills for interviewing clients, witnesses, and collaborating with attorneys and court personnel
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, transcription, and maintaining organized case files

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
