The Marketing Manager will own our entire marketing playbook: elevating brand awareness, supporting membership growth, and strengthening partnerships and community engagement. We are seeking an experienced professional who can develop and execute targeted, data-driven campaigns and build authentic and engaging relationships with partners and members.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Brand Management<ul><li>
Primary ownership for the development and execution of FBC&rsquo;s annual marketing plan and campaign initiatives</li><li>
Conduct market research to understand macro industry trends, local market developments, competitor offerings, and member preferences to inform the overall marketing strategy and growth targets</li><li>
Create and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing plans and content creation for the club&rsquo;s website, email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials, showcasing the boating lifestyle and member benefits</li><li>
Manage the club&rsquo;s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging with FBC Corporate marketing initiatives and materials</li><li>
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as membership growth, lead conversion rates, and marketing campaign performance/ROI</li></ul>
Member and Community Engagement<ul><li>
Leverage partnerships with marinas, local businesses, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility, strengthen ties and attract prospective members</li><li>
Identify and plan local event participation and sponsorship opportunities relevant to FBC business and member interests</li><li>
Enhance member satisfaction and retention through member engagement initiatives, such as member events and social media activity</li><li>
Monitor and analyze membership trends (growth and churn) across multiple dimensions including, location, demographics, usage patterns, etc.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or account management, preferably in the boating, hospitality, or membership-based industry</li><li>
Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and content creation</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to attend events or meet with prospective members</li></ul>
Preferred Skills<ul><li>
Knowledge of the boating industry, including recreational boating trends and customer preferences, is highly desirable.</li><li>
Experience with subscription-based or membership-driven business models.</li><li>
Creative mindset with a focus on innovative, targeted marketing strategies.</li></ul>
