Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lawn Care Foreman to lead a landscape maintenance team in delivering exceptional service on commercial and residential properties. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality lawn care, landscaping, and horticultural services. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the beauty and health of our clients&rsquo; landscapes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in landscape maintenance while inspiring your team to excel.Duties<ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of landscapers and maintenance staff to complete lawn care, bed maintenance, and small landscaping projects efficiently and to high standards.</li><li>Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects</li><li>Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and general horticultural care</li><li>Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations to maintain a safe working environment for everyone</li><li>Conduct quality inspections on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations</li><li>Assist with or perform construction tasks such as installing features like patios, walkways, or retaining walls when needed</li><li>Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures</li><li>Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure tools are used responsibly and maintained properly</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care practices</li><li>Knowledge of turf care, gardening techniques, and general horticultural principles</li><li>Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Excellent communication skills for team leadership and client interactions</li><li>Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about transforming outdoor spaces!
