Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lawn Care Foreman to lead a landscape maintenance team in delivering exceptional service on commercial and residential properties. Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers and maintenance staff to complete lawn care, bed maintenance, and small landscaping projects efficiently and to high standards.
• Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and general horticultural care
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations to maintain a safe working environment for everyone
• Conduct quality inspections on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations
• Assist with or perform construction tasks such as installing features like patios, walkways, or retaining walls when needed
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure tools are used responsibly and maintained properly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care practices
• Knowledge of turf care, gardening techniques, and general horticultural principles
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills for team leadership and client interactions
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
