Freeline Plumbing is looking for a motivated and hardworking Apprentice Plumbing Technician / Helper to assist our Service Technicians in the field while learning the plumbing trade hands-on. This is a great opportunity for someone who is still in school, changing careers, or looking to start a long-term career in the plumbing industry.
No plumbing license or certification is required. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Basic experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, automotive, or other mechanical work is a plus.
Requirements:

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assist Service Technicians with plumbing repairs, installations, and diagnostics</li><li>
Help load, unload, organize, and maintain tools and materials</li><li>
Perform and assist with 5-Point Plumbing Inspections alongside the technician</li><li>
Place yard signs, door hangers, flyers, and marketing materials in neighborhoods after service calls</li><li>
Help maintain clean and organized service vehicles</li><li>
Take photos and videos of technicians, completed work, and jobsite activities for social media and marketing purposes</li><li>
Support technicians with customer communication and professionalism on-site</li><li>
Learn plumbing systems, tools, safety procedures, and company processes</li><li>
Assist with shop cleanup, inventory organization, and preparation for the next workday</li><li>
Follow company standards, safety policies, and procedures</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
No certification or license required</li><li>
Must be willing to learn and grow in the trade</li><li>
Career shifters, and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply</li><li>
Some experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, automotive, maintenance, construction, or mechanical work is preferred but not required</li><li>
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in different weather conditions</li><li>
Good attitude, reliability, and professionalism</li><li>
Comfortable using smartphones and tablet for photos, videos, and communication</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license is a plus but not required</li></ul>
