Summary</b></h2>

The Coordinator &ndash; Transportation is directly responsible for fulfilling all local loads and unloads of freight in and out of warehouse facilities. This role is responsible for the timely movement of equipment to and from warehouse to events for the purpose of flawless execution. This position requires strong communication and coordination skills.</div><br>

This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site based out of Austin, TX.</div></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Fulfill all transportation needs for assigned events</li>
<li>Ensure compliant utilization of the Transportation Management System</li>
<li>Communicate with warehouse and event staff all transportation movements in accordance established policies and procedures</li>
<li>Perform call checks as required for shipments to ensure timely delivery</li>
<li>Assist in training/development, and staffing of staff</li>
<li>Work with vendor network to provide quality service while balancing fiscal responsibility to ensure Operational Excellence and Sustainable Profitability</li>
<li>Check drivers in and out of warehouse in accordance to operational policies and procedures</li>
<li>Provide recommendations on Capital Expenditure and planning</li>
<li>Drive teamwork and communication between all warehouse operations</li>
<li>Assists other department heads as needed</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>

</div><div><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalency</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of related experience within event production, warehouse management and/or transportation management</li>
<li>Must maintain a valid state drivers license</li>

Summary</b></h2>

The Operations Sr. Business Analyst will serve as a key contributor to the organization&rsquo;s strategic transformation efforts. The Analyst will play a critical role in translating business requirements into system capabilities, ensuring that new tools and platforms are purpose-built to support evolving operational models. This includes conducting gap analyses, defining functional specifications which represent Operations' business needs, and supporting end-to-end development and implementation efforts. The role will work closely with Operations leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans. This includes participation in gathering technical requirements, designing data flows, managing design decisions process and supporting data-driven insights and structured methodologies.</div><br>

<div>This position will support our Event &amp; Exhibit Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in or around any of the following locations:</div>

</div><div><ul><li>Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data regarding process and operations.</li>
<li>Gather and analyze data related to internal benchmarking against industry standards.</li>
<li>Support process design efforts and workflow documentation.</li>
<li>Convert complex data and findings into understandable reports.</li>
<li>Present findings to executives/stakeholders, to enable better-informed decisions about operations improvement efforts.</li>
<li>Maintain clear knowledge of Freeman&rsquo;s enterprise and branch operations environments.</li>
<li>Work with management to identify business needs, challenges and opportunities. Maintain familiarity with the Operations roadmap and provide support in future business planning.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education &amp; Experience</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Bachelors degree in relevant field.</li>
<li>10+ years in operational analysis, process improvement, enterprise transformation or relevant experience, in a multi-project environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of up-to-date process development methods and technologies.</li>
<li>Proven verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to maximize impact, maintain interest, and establish a rapport with the audience when conveying information.</li>
<li>Experienced in managing multiple training team activities.</li>
<li>Possesses the business acumen to understand business implications of decisions.</li>
<li>Experience in curriculum development and/or instructional design.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience in implementation and operation of a Learning Management System.</li>
