<div><div><b>1. Recruitment Support</b></div><ul><li><p><br>
Assist in <b>sourcing and screening</b> candidates for technical and non-technical roles.</p></li><li><p><br>
Coordinate <b>interviews and assessments</b> with candidates and hiring managers.</p></li><li><p><br>
Update and maintain the <b>applicant tracking system (ATS)</b> and recruitment dashboards.</p></li><li><p><br>
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals.</p></li></ul><div><b><br>
2. Onboarding &amp; Documentation</b></div><ul><li><p><br>
Prepare <b>offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits</b>.</p></li><li><p><br>
Coordinate new hire <b>orientation sessions</b> and ensure smooth joining formalities.</p></li><li><p><br>
Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and personnel files.</p></li><li><p><br>

3. Employee Engagement</b></div><ul><li><p><br>
