Job Description

1. Digital Campaign Management


  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.


  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.


  • Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.


2. Social Media Management


  • Manage the company’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.


  • Create and schedule engaging content to grow followers and engagement.


  • Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing monthly reports.


3. Content & Email Marketing


  • Coordinate with the content team to produce high-quality digital content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.).


  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and retention.


  • Monitor and report email performance metrics (CTR, open rate, conversions).


4. Website & Analytics


  • Work with developers/designers to maintain and improve website UX and landing pages.


  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to measure site performance.


  • Generate insights and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.


5. Brand & Collaboration


  • Support the marketing team in brand positioning and online reputation management.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing activities with business objectives.


  • Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and technologies.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.


  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and Google Analytics.


  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, PPC, and content marketing.


  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.


  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
