If you love digital marketing, enjoy creating engaging content, and are excited to make a real impact in a growing dental practice, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and new patient growth.</li><li>Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve online rankings.</li><li>Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.</li><li>Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.</li><li>Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools; provide actionable insights.</li><li>Update and manage website content using WordPress or similar CMS.</li><li>Coordinate social media posting and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Develop email marketing campaigns to support promotions, patient education, and retention.</li><li>Stay current with digital marketing trends, including SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.</li><li>Collaborate with office staff and leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing (healthcare or dental industry experience is a plus).</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads.</li><li>Strong copywriting and content creation skills.</li><li>Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva).</li><li>Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics or other reporting tools.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SQL is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.</li></ul>Why Work at Fresh Coast Dental?<ul><li>Friendly, supportive, and professional team</li><li>Opportunity to make a direct impact on practice growth</li><li>Creative freedom and room to innovate</li><li>Positive and modern work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,714.70 - $55,280.07 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
