Digital Marketing Specialist – Fresh Coast Dental

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and new patient growth.
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve online rankings.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
- Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools; provide actionable insights.
- Update and manage website content using WordPress or similar CMS.
- Coordinate social media posting and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop email marketing campaigns to support promotions, patient education, and retention.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, including SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with office staff and leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing (healthcare or dental industry experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva).
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics or other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Pay: $45,714.70 - $55,280.07 per year
