&middot; Facilitate communication between manufacturers and warehouses&middot; Create pricing contracts for appropriate warehouses&middot; Keep all price lists current for assigned manufacturers.&middot; Keep promotional current for assigned manufacturers/customers.&middot; Submit price changes as needed to appropriate warehouses&middot; Submit new item forms as needed&middot; Answer incoming phone calls&middot; Manage budgeting/forecasting software for assigned manufacturers&middot; Provide weekly updates to sales team on managed lines&middot; Other duties as assigned &ndash; or as identified as needed to help FS meet goals&middot; Attend monthly meetings with management staff, and any other meetings that may arise&middot; Track PO&rsquo;s and other payments for payment on managed lines&middot; Create item sell sheets for sales team as needed&middot; Pull and monitor warehouse product inventories for managed lines&middot; Other duties as assignedJob Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Grocery Business: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Administrative : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Andover, MN 55304
