Office Administrator

· Facilitate communication between manufacturers and warehouses

· Create pricing contracts for appropriate warehouses

· Keep all price lists current for assigned manufacturers.

· Keep promotional current for assigned manufacturers/customers.

· Submit price changes as needed to appropriate warehouses

· Submit new item forms as needed

· Answer incoming phone calls

· Manage budgeting/forecasting software for assigned manufacturers

· Provide weekly updates to sales team on managed lines

· Other duties as assigned – or as identified as needed to help FS meet goals

· Attend monthly meetings with management staff, and any other meetings that may arise

· Track PO’s and other payments for payment on managed lines

· Create item sell sheets for sales team as needed

· Pull and monitor warehouse product inventories for managed lines

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
