Overview We are seeking a friendly and dependable Service Porter/Lot Attendant to join our dealership team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services, maintaining the dealership lot, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various customer service tasks efficiently. Experience in dealership operations, driving, and retail math is a plus, along with bilingual abilities to serve a diverse clientele.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests and assist with vehicle arrivals and departures in a courteous manner</li><li>Drive and park customer vehicles safely within parking areas</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and surrounding areas</li><li>Assist with vehicle delivery and pickup as needed, supporting delivery driver responsibilities</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries professionally</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Ensure all safety protocols are followed during vehicle movement and lot maintenance</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with manual transmission experience is highly desirable</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse customer base</li><li>A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills are essential</li></ul>This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences while supporting dealership operations.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.50 - $16.90 per hourWork Location: In person
