Service Porter/Lot Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Service Porter/Lot Attendant to join our dealership team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services, maintaining the dealership lot, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various customer service tasks efficiently. Experience in dealership operations, driving, and retail math is a plus, along with bilingual abilities to serve a diverse clientele.

Duties

• Greet guests and assist with vehicle arrivals and departures in a courteous manner
• Drive and park customer vehicles safely within parking areas
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and surrounding areas
• Assist with vehicle delivery and pickup as needed, supporting delivery driver responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries professionally
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during vehicle movement and lot maintenance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred
• Valid driver’s license with manual transmission experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse customer base
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills are essential
