 Job Overview
 
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site legal associate&rsquo;s role that involves assisting and managing Frido&rsquo;s legal compliance, anddrafting and negotiating commercial agreements, reviewing and analyzing intellectual property related documents. The legal associate will also be required to work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Effective drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research on laws applicable to Frido&rsquo;s business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Timely communication with the teams for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing trademark and designs applications to be filed for Frido&rsquo;s IP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attempt at being up-to-date with laws applicable to Frido.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Lawyer (LL.B Graduate);
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in corporate/business laws applicable to Frido;
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision; and
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
 </li>

 1-2 years*

 Supplier Discovery: Research and identify potential domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.

 Supplier Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of suppliers, considering factors such as product quality, pricing, lead times, reliability, and sustainability.

 <li>
 Product Sourcing: Actively source products that meet specific product specifications, quality standards, and cost targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control measures to ensure that sourced products meet or exceed our standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging product opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize product pricing.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Qualification:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years' experience in product sourcing (Consumer Durables).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in Planning and Category Management, P&amp;L preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter, and problem solver to identify process gaps and troubleshoot them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to execute in rapid growth and fast-paced environments ability to work with ambiguity in a start-up environment.
 </li>
