Role Overview

Flipkart is one of our core marketplace channels, and accurate cataloging is critical to improving product discoverability and delivering a flawless customer experience. We are looking for a Flipkart Cataloging Executive who can own, manage, and optimize our complete catalog on Flipkart with precision and speed.

The Flipkart Cataloging Executive will be responsible for end-to-end product listing management on Flipkart Seller Hub. This includes listing creation, content accuracy, LQS improvement, compliance management, inventory alignment, and ensuring that every product page meets the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Flipkart cataloging including product listings, titles, descriptions, images, attributes, variants, and bulk uploads.
  • Ensure high-quality listings and maintain catalog hygiene by fixing rejected, inactive, or suppressed SKUs.
  • Monitor and improve Listing Quality Scores (LQS) with proactive content updates and competitive benchmarking.
  • Lead new product onboarding and coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams for timely listing go-lives.
  • Oversee inventory, pricing, and stock alignment across FBF and Flex models, ensuring accurate availability.
  • Support daily Flipkart operations —orders, returns, cancellations, SLA tracking, and resolving warehouse/dispatch issues.
  • Maintain catalog trackers, SKU masters, and share weekly dashboards on listing quality, content gaps, and catalog health.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of Flipkart cataloging experience in D2C, marketplace operations, or e-commerce.
  • Strong command over Flipkart Seller Hub workflows (catalog, listings, inventory, compliance).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with zero-error execution.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of e-commerce SEO, keywords, and content optimization is a plus.
