Job Description:

We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Executive (Google Ads) with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce businesses. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency and strong expertise in Google Ads platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Handle Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns
• Manage paid campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce clients
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and remarketing
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize bids, budgets, and ad copies
• Track conversions, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key KPIs
• Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with internal teams/clients
• Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams for campaign execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Google Ads management
• Strong hands-on experience with lead generation & eCommerce campaigns
• Expertise in Google Ads (Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency (preferred)
• Experience in managing International clients or projects.
• Strong analytical and optimization skills

Preferred Candidate:

• Delhi-based candidates preferred
• Must be willing to work from office (Dwarka location)
• Immediate or short notice period preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
