Procurement Management:</b></div><ul><li>

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.</li><li>
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.</li><li>
Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Supply Chain Coordination:</b></div><ul><li>
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to ensure the timely and efficient flow of goods.</li><li>
Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking.</li><li>
Coordinate with logistics teams to track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Vendor Relationships:</b></div><ul><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.</li><li>
Resolve any supplier or vendor issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>
Conduct regular reviews of supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:</b></div><ul><li>
Monitor procurement trends, supplier performance, and inventory levels.</li><li>
Analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>
Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and inventory status.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Compliance &amp; Risk Management:</b></div><ul><li>
Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.</li><li>
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and delays, through proactive planning and alternative sourcing strategies.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Cost Optimization:</b></div><ul><li>
Continuously analyze and identify opportunities for cost reduction within the supply chain and procurement processes.</li><li>
Work with management to implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
ERP/SAP &amp; Order Management:</b></div><ul><li>
Utilize ERP/SAP systems or similar order management platforms to track, manage, and process procurement orders.</li><li>
Ensure smooth integration of procurement processes with the company&rsquo;s ERP or SAP systems for seamless data management and reporting.</li><li>
Adapt and learn internal systems to ensure efficient order management and accurate inventory tracking.</li><li>
Work with IT teams to troubleshoot any ERP-related issues that may arise in the procurement or supply chain processes.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements:</b></div><br>

Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field</li><li>
Proven experience in B2B.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders</li><li>
Strong negotiation and closing skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
