This role is ideal for someone who is excited to move beyond maintaining the status quo and is motivated by creating new opportunities for both our team and the families we serve.While much of this role can be performed remotely, success in this position is built on connection and presence. We're looking for someone who is visible, engaged, and invested in the Colorado Springs community, our clinicians, and the families we serve. We do not have an office you are required to work within, but community involvement makes up about 15% of this role.Because the clinicians supported by this role are located throughout the Colorado Springs region, candidates who reside in the greater Colorado Springs area or surrounding communities are strongly preferred.
