At Front Range Pediatric Therapies (FRPT), we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. For more than 25 years, we've served Colorado families by creating an environment where clinicians feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. When our team thrives, the children and families we serve thrive too.
As we continue to expand our impact, we're seeking a passionate, relationship-driven Clinical Manager to lead and support our Colorado Springs team of therapists.
We're looking for a leader who is energized by building meaningful relationships, developing clinicians, fostering community partnerships, and helping a strong service area continue to grow and evolve. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to move beyond maintaining the status quo and is motivated by creating new opportunities for both our team and the families we serve.
While much of this role can be performed remotely, success in this position is built on connection and presence. We're looking for someone who is visible, engaged, and invested in the Colorado Springs community, our clinicians, and the families we serve. We do not have an office you are required to work within, but community involvement makes up about 15% of this role.
Because the clinicians supported by this role are located throughout the Colorado Springs region, candidates who reside in the greater Colorado Springs area or surrounding communities are strongly preferred. However, all applicants must be willing and able to travel regularly throughout the Colorado Springs service area to support team members, community partners, and organizational initiatives.
Who We Are
FRPT was founded by a speech-language pathologist with more than 25 years of experience and has grown into a respected, therapist-owned home health agency serving children and families across Colorado's Front Range. While we've evolved over the years, what makes FRPT special has never changed: our people come first.
Every member of our team plays an important role in shaping who we are and where we're headed. Our team members are not just employees, but active influencers of the company. Leadership is accessible, feedback is encouraged, and growth is supported. We believe great care starts with taking great care of our people.
As we continue to grow, we remain intentional about preserving the close-knit culture that has defined FRPT from the beginning. We value authentic relationships, servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning. Most importantly, we believe that when we invest in and support our people, they are empowered to do their best work, creating exceptional outcomes for the children and families we serve.
The Type of Leader We're Looking For
We are excited to welcome a pediatric clinician from any therapy discipline, including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy as a Clinical Manager. While our current leadership team includes strong speech-language pathology representation, we would love the opportunity to further diversify our clinical leadership team. This is a great opportunity to step out of direct care and we welcome clinicians to apply. Ultimately, we are seeking the best leader for the role, regardless of discipline.
