Clinical Manager - Pediatric Home Health Therapy (OT/PT/SLP)

As we continue to expand our impact, we're seeking a passionate, relationship-driven Clinical Manager to lead and support our Colorado Springs team of therapists.

We're looking for a leader who is energized by building meaningful relationships, developing clinicians, fostering community partnerships, and helping a strong service area continue to grow and evolve. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to move beyond maintaining the status quo and is motivated by creating new opportunities for both our team and the families we serve.

While much of this role can be performed remotely, success in this position is built on connection and presence. We're looking for someone who is visible, engaged, and invested in the Colorado Springs community, our clinicians, and the families we serve. We do not have an office you are required to work within, but community involvement makes up about 15% of this role.

Because the clinicians supported by this role are located throughout the Colorado Springs region, candidates who reside in the greater Colorado Springs area or surrounding communities are strongly preferred. However, all applicants must be willing and able to travel regularly throughout the Colorado Springs service area to support team members, community partners, and organizational initiatives.

What You'll Do

Lead and Support Clinicians

• Provide guidance, mentorship, coaching, and support to clinicians throughout Colorado Springs
• Foster a culture of collaboration, support, and professional growth
• Partner with clinicians to overcome challenges and celebrate successes
• Support onboarding, development, retention, and engagement efforts

Build Relationships

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for the Colorado Springs service area
• Foster trust, collaboration, and connection through effective communication and a people-first approach
• Cultivate strong relationships with clinicians, families, referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders
• Represent FRPT at community events and professional gatherings
• Strengthen FRPT's presence throughout Colorado Springs

Drive Growth and Excellence

• Partner with leadership to expand services and identify opportunities for growth
• Support operational excellence while maintaining exceptional clinical quality
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement
• Identifying opportunities for growth, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to the continued success of our Colorado Springs team

Ensure Compliance and Clinical Excellence

• Support clinicians in navigating regulatory requirements and best practices
• Promote quality care, ethical practice, and organizational standards
• Complete 24-hour Administrator Training Program within the first year of employment to maintain current knowledge of home health regulations and compliance expectations
• Maintain a small clinical caseload of 1-3 visits per week to remain connected to the clinician experience and service delivery in the field

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy program
• Current professional license in the State of Colorado
• Minimum of three (3) years of pediatric home health experience as a practicing clinician
• At least three (3) years of direct supervision of clinicians in a home health setting, including staffing, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution, preferred
• Experience leading teams through growth and change
• Strong relationship-building and community engagement skills
