Frontier Community Services is looking for an Office Support Specialist to grow our team. We are a community of compassionate individuals who have provided quality care and companionship to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities, Seniors, and Veterans since 1978.The Office Support Specialist is a crucial position within our organization and serves to be the first point of contact for all those entering our doors.The Office Support Specialist is responsible for:<ul><li>Answering telephones; forwarding calls/messages as required.</li><li>Conducting daily updates of files as requested.</li><li>Maintaining an adequate supply of Agency forms for staff.</li><li>Faxing and disseminating incoming faxes to appropriate office.</li><li>Greeting visitors to the Agency and directing them to the appropriate office.</li><li>Ensuing all Agency New Employee Training materials are available as needed or required for all training classes.</li><li>Publishing the Agency newsletter.</li><li>Time-sensitive data entry</li><li>Other duties as required.</li></ul>2. ADMINISTRATION:<ul><li>Maintaining Agency file system.</li><li>Maintaining Agency deep file system; purging/streamlining as necessary.</li><li>Distributing mail.</li><li>Draft/smooth correspondence as required.</li><li>Circulating Agency memorandums.</li><li>Distributing checks as needed.</li><li>Assisting Program Coordinators with filing on a weekly basis.</li></ul>3.
