Frontier Community Services is looking for an Office Support Specialist to grow our team. We are a community of compassionate individuals who have provided quality care and companionship to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities, Seniors, and Veterans since 1978.
The Office Support Specialist is a crucial position within our organization and serves to be the first point of contact for all those entering our doors.
The Office Support Specialist is responsible for:
- Answering telephones; forwarding calls/messages as required.
- Conducting daily updates of files as requested.
- Maintaining an adequate supply of Agency forms for staff.
- Faxing and disseminating incoming faxes to appropriate office.
- Greeting visitors to the Agency and directing them to the appropriate office.
- Ensuing all Agency New Employee Training materials are available as needed or required for all training classes.
- Publishing the Agency newsletter.
- Time-sensitive data entry
- Other duties as required.
2. ADMINISTRATION:
- Maintaining Agency file system.
- Maintaining Agency deep file system; purging/streamlining as necessary.
- Distributing mail.
- Draft/smooth correspondence as required.
- Circulating Agency memorandums.
- Distributing checks as needed.
- Assisting Program Coordinators with filing on a weekly basis.
3. TRAINING/MEETINGS:
- Maintain up to date trainings in line with requirements of position

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Driver License with less than 6 points
- Valid Automobile Insurance
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
