Our field team handles every inspection. Your job is to take a homeowner who already knows they need a new roof &mdash; and get them across the finish line from your home office.5% of every contract you close is yours. On a $24,000 roof that's $1,200. Per deal. Close a few a week and the math gets interesting fast.If you've ever been in a customer-facing role and thought you were capable of earning more &mdash; this is worth two minutes of your time.About the RoleOur field inspectors are out every day documenting storm damage and filing insurance claims on behalf of homeowners. Your job starts where theirs ends.You'll follow up with homeowners who are already in our pipeline and expecting your call. You'll walk them through the insurance process, answer their questions, collect their signature on the replacement contract, and hand off to our installation team. That's the job. No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting.
