Frontier Roofing replaces residential roofs averaging $24,000 per contract. Our field team handles every inspection. Your job is to take a homeowner who already knows they need a new roof — and get them across the finish line from your home office.

5% of every contract you close is yours. On a $24,000 roof that's $1,200. Per deal. Close a few a week and the math gets interesting fast.

About the Role

Our field inspectors are out every day documenting storm damage and filing insurance claims on behalf of homeowners. Your job starts where theirs ends.

You'll follow up with homeowners who are already in our pipeline and expecting your call. You'll walk them through the insurance process, answer their questions, collect their signature on the replacement contract, and hand off to our installation team. That's the job. No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting. Just focused phone work on warm leads with a clear process and real commission behind every close.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with homeowners after field inspection is complete
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim and filing process
• Answer questions about scope of work, pricing, and next steps
• Collect signed roof replacement contracts
• Update job status accurately in our CRM
• Notify the installation team once contracts are signed and ready
• Manage your pipeline consistently and hit monthly close targets

What We're Looking For

• Good on the phone — you build trust quickly and keep people engaged
• Strong follow-through — you don't let warm leads go cold
• Organized and detail-oriented — paperwork and CRM updates need to be accurate
• Experience in insurance, mortgage, real estate, or home services is a plus — not required
• Self-directed and disciplined working from home
• Motivated by performance — you want your effort to show up in your paycheck
• Coachable and process-driven — we have a system that works, you execute it

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000 to $50,000 guaranteed base salary — paid bi-weekly, no draw against commission
• 5% commission on every signed roof replacement contract
