Overview We are looking to add a few part time therapists to our talented, well-respected, experienced team of therapists. We have contracts with local first responder agencies and we provide their mental health services. Trauma-informed and a passion for treating trauma are important. You would be joining a supportive and knowlegedable team! We are open to various licensing and offer W2 and 1099 options.Duties<ul><li>Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to first responders and their families</li><li>Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety during acute episodes</li><li>Deliver specialized trauma care tailored to each client&rsquo;s unique circumstances</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and medical records maintenance to ensure seamless patient care</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, or Brain Spotting trained and/or certified preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Team Player</li><li>Professional</li><li>Familiarity with addiction counseling, grief counseling, trauma counseling</li><li>Adaptive Clinical Approach</li><li>Approachable &amp; Grounded Presence</li></ul>Work Location: In person
