Trauma Therapist

Overview
We are looking to add a few part time therapists to our talented, well-respected, experienced team of therapists. We have contracts with local first responder agencies and we provide their mental health services. Trauma-informed and a passion for treating trauma are important. You would be joining a supportive and knowlegedable team! We are open to various licensing and offer W2 and 1099 options.

Duties

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to first responders and their families
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety during acute episodes
• Deliver specialized trauma care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and medical records maintenance to ensure seamless patient care

Skills

• EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, or Brain Spotting trained and/or certified preferred
• Strong communication skills

• Familiarity with addiction counseling, grief counseling, trauma counseling

• Approachable & Grounded Presence
