Compensation: 50/50 revenue split. Average earnings are approximately $65 per clinical hour, with typical annual compensation ranging from $70,000–$75,000, depending on caseload.

Schedule: Approximately 22–24 client sessions per week, plus 2.5–3 hours of supervision, for a total commitment of approximately 24.5–27 hours per week. Documentation time is incorporated into the clinical hour through the use of AI-assisted note-taking tools.

We integrate neuroscience, psychotherapy, and thoughtful technology—including AI-supported documentation that saves clinicians an estimated 2–4 hours each week—allowing more time to focus on client care and less on administrative tasks.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Master's-level Associate Therapist to join our growing virtual team. This position offers a consistent caseload of approximately 22–24 clients per week under licensed supervision.

The ideal candidate is passionate about trauma recovery, holistic healing, and evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy, or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to approximately 22–24 clients per week under licensed supervision.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and trauma-informed interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Complete timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation using AI-assisted clinical tools.
• Participate in weekly supervision and optional team consultation meetings.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable California BBS regulations and ethical standards.

QualificationsRequired

• Active California Associate registration with the BBS (AMFT, ASW, APCC)
• At least one year of clinical experience.
• Strong telehealth and electronic documentation skills.
• Availability to maintain approximately 22–24 client sessions per week and attend 2.5–3 hours of weekly supervision.

Preferred

• Training or certification in EMDR and/or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
• Experience working with trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, or first responders.
• Comfort using AI-assisted documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• 50/50 revenue split averaging approximately $65 per clinical hour.
• Typical annual earnings of $70,000–$75,000, depending on caseload.
• Additional incentive compensation for consistently maintaining more than 24 weekly client sessions.
• Weekly individual and/or group supervision, with additional supervision available if desired.
• Annual continuing education reimbursement of $250.
• Two weeks of unpaid time off annually.
• AI-enhanced documentation tools that reduce administrative workload by an estimated 2–4 hours per week.
• Fully remote position. Clinicians must maintain active California registration but may reside anywhere.
