Job Title: Project Support Engineer (Civil Engineer)Location: Doha-QatarEmployment Type: Full-TimeQualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil EngineeringExperience: 3+ years in contracting/project coordination rolesJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Engineer to join our contracting division as a Project Support Engineer. The candidate will act as a liaison between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of contracting works. This role combines technical knowledge, client handling, and administrative precision.Key ResponsibilitiesClient &amp; Site Coordination<ul><li>Handle client enquiries related to contracting works</li><li>Schedule and coordinate site visits with engineers and technical staff</li><li>Compile quotations based on provided BOQs and project requirements</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and submit project-related documents including:</li><li>Material submissions</li><li>Gate pass requests</li><li>Method Statements &amp; Risk Assessments</li><li>Other required documents</li><li>Maintain documentation logs and ensure timely updates to stakeholders</li></ul>Tendering Experience<ul><li>Experience in preparing and submitting tenders for contracting works</li><li>Familiarity with pre-qualification processes and associated documentation</li><li>Ability to compile and organize tender documents in line with client and regulatory requirements</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Procurement Support<ul><li>Prepare delivery notes and coordinate with Material Coordinator/ Projects Engineer</li><li>Issue LPOs to subcontractors in alignment with procurement budgets and project schedules</li><li>Track and maintain records of deliveries and receipts</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Workflow Management<ul><li>Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and resource allocation</li><li>Support internal reporting with updated summaries of site activities and submission status</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)</li><li>Proven experience in client communication, project documentation, and site coordination</li><li>Familiarity with project BOQ analysis and quotation preparation</li><li>Ability to manage multiple submissions with precision and accountability</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and documentation systems</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and clients professionally</li><li>Self-motivated with a solution-oriented approach</li><li>Experience working with contracting firms or construction consultancies</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Tagalog (Preferred)</li><li>Malayalam (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
