We&rsquo;re more than a supplier &mdash; we&rsquo;re shaping the future of cannabis eCommerce with bold creative, clean tech, and a customer-first approach.We&rsquo;re now looking for a full-time SEO &amp; eCommerce Specialist who can take ownership of our digital growth engine &mdash; someone who understands how to scale an eCommerce brand with smart, search-optimized content, clean design, and high-converting product experiences.Why Work with Frosty Club?<ul><li>Be part of an ambitious, creative brand that's growing fast and doing things differently</li><li>Collaborate with a passionate in-house team in a hands-on, in-person environment</li><li>Drive real impact across eCommerce, SEO, CRO, and customer experience</li><li>Help shape the digital experience for one of the most talked-about brands in the hemp space</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Own and execute the brand&rsquo;s SEO strategy (technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content optimization)</li><li>Manage and improve our WooCommerce store, product templates, and overall user experience</li><li>Build and maintain landing pages, blog templates, and marketing funnels using WordPress + Elementor</li><li>Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop keyword-optimized blog posts, category pages, and product descriptions</li><li>Conduct regular site audits, track performance metrics, and implement data-driven improvements</li><li>Lead initiatives to increase organic traffic, optimize conversion rates, and improve page speed and mobile UX</li><li>Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, and other analytics tools to track growth and identify issues</li><li>Support with A/B testing, funnel improvements, and campaign-specific page builds</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A growth-focused SEO and eCommerce strategist with strong technical and creative instincts</li><li>Highly experienced with WooCommerce, WordPress, and Elementor</li><li>Comfortable managing on-site SEO, page performance, and structured data</li><li>A clear communicator who can turn keyword data into customer-facing pages that convert</li><li>Experienced in optimizing product listings, navigation, and internal linking for SEO and UX</li><li>Knowledgeable in basic HTML/CSS and familiar with SEO plugins (e.g., Yoast, Rank Math)</li><li>Organized, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment</li><li>Passionate about building high-performing digital storefronts in the cannabis or DTC space</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Full-time | On-site in Grand Rapids, MI</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday, approximately 8AM&ndash;5PM</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How do you prioritize keywords across product pages, blog posts, and landing pages?</li><li>What excites you most about working with a cannabis/hemp eCommerce brand like Frosty Club?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
