<ul><li>Responsible for the full life cycle management of products, including:</li><li>Introduction of new products</li><li>Handling of slow-moving items</li><li>Optimizing product structure and price range</li><li>Meeting customers' one-stop purchasing and customized needs</li><li>Conduct market research and collect/analyze information on competing products</li><li>Formulate reasonable pricing strategies aligned with the company's gross profit margin targets</li><li>Regularly update product benchmarking and output a pricing list</li><li>Monitor procurement costs and optimize costs through:</li><li>Market research</li><li>Supplier bidding</li><li>Other cost-reduction methods</li><li>Enhance the price competitiveness of goods</li><li>Plan and execute mall activities, such as:</li><li>Special offers</li><li>Promotions for products close to expiration dates</li><li>Updating resource positions</li><li>Increasing the sales rate of products</li><li>Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth connection between commodity supply and sales</li><li>Enhance customer satisfaction</li></ul><br>
Qualifications:<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields</li><li>More than 2 years of product operation experience in the TOB fresh food industry, with familiarity with fresh food product characteristics</li><li>Strong market insight and data analysis capabilities; proficiency in using data analysis tools</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments</li><li>Strong stress resistance and ability to handle complex and ever-changing business demands</li><li>English communication skills</li></ul></div></div>
