Position: Instrumentation Engineer
 
Project: Oil &amp; Gas EPC Pipeline Projects (Saudi Arabia)
 
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 
 
Job Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Lead instrumentation engineering and field installation activities for oil &amp; gas EPC projects.</li><li>Review and approve instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Supervise installation, calibration, and commissioning of field instruments, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.</li><li>Manage control valve, safety valve, and analyzer system installations.</li><li>Coordinate with DCS/SCADA and electrical teams for system integration.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES-J series), ISA, and IEC codes.</li><li>Conduct site inspections, resolve punch lists, and perform pre-commissioning activities.</li><li>Interface with Saudi Aramco inspection team for documentation and approvals.</li><li>Manage and guide instrumentation supervisors and technicians.</li></ul> 
Requirements: 
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related Engineering field.</li><li>10+ years of field experience in instrumentation installation and commissioning for oil &amp; gas EPC projects.</li><li>Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage.</li><li>Proficient in Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES-J), ISA S5.1, IEC 61511.</li><li>Hands-on experience with HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, or similar protocols.</li><li>Strong understanding of SIS/SIL requirements and instrument loop testing.</li><li>Ability to read P&amp;IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.</li><li>Valid Saudi Iqama or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.</li></ul>

Instrumentation Engineer - Oil & Gas EPC Saudi Arabia

<div>Infrastructure Position Requirements 
 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or other related disciplines.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure project management.</li><li>Possession of valid local construction certificates issued in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and coordinate all participating parties, including project owners, contractors, supervision companies, and design institutes.</li><li>Strong planning skills, with the ability to strictly adhere to construction schedules and control project quality, safety, and costs.</li><li>Familiarity with project approval procedures, construction laws, safety regulations, and industrial standards in Saudi Arabia.</li></ul></div>

About the Role
 
Callnovo is seeking an English + French Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a logistics project based in Cairo. The role involves supporting customer communication and service coordination in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong spoken and written communication skills in both English and French, excellent customer-handling abilities, and the capacity to follow service workflows accurately. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Handle customer inquiries through voice and written channels in both English and French.</li><li>Support logistics-related service communication, including order follow-up, issue handling, and status coordination.</li><li>Provide clear, professional, and empathetic customer support while maintaining efficiency.</li><li>Accurately record customer interaction details in the required system.</li><li>Follow project Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, escalation rules, and turnaround requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams when issues require cross-functional support.</li><li>Meet service quality, attendance, productivity, and compliance expectations.</li></ul> 
Requirements 
<ul><li>Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.</li><li>Customer service experience in BPO, contact center, logistics support, e-commerce support, or similar service environments.</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven operating environment.</li><li>Able to use CRM or ticketing tools and basic office software.</li><li>Demonstrates stable work discipline, reliability, and a good teamwork mindset.</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications 
<ul><li>Experience supporting logistics, shipping, order management, or supply-chain related customer service.</li><li>Experience in bilingual customer communication for international accounts.</li><li>Familiarity with QA standards, service metrics, and escalation handling.</li></ul>
