Job Responsibilities 
 
<ul><li>Supplier Sourcing &amp; Management</li><li>Source, evaluate, and onboard logistics suppliers across overseas regions.</li><li>Establish partnerships with freight forwarders, container and breakbulk shipping carriers, destination port customs brokers, temporary warehousing, and last-mile delivery providers.</li><li>Build and dynamically maintain an approved supplier list.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Resource Integration &amp; Contract Negotiation</li><li>Lead the integration of overseas logistics resources to meet project delivery schedules and cost control targets.</li><li>Ensure a competitive and stable supplier pool.</li><li>Participate actively in tendering, negotiation, and contract signing for regional logistics service providers.</li><li>Develop tailored logistics procurement solutions for projects in different regions and of various types, balancing delivery efficiency, cost, and operational risks.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Delivery Risk Identification &amp; Control</li><li>Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in international logistics procurement, such as shipping delays, port congestion, and policy changes.</li><li>Formulate emergency plans to guarantee reliable and flexible project delivery.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Cost Accounting &amp; Management</li><li>Participate in logistics cost estimation during the project bidding phase, providing professional and accurate data to support quotations.</li><li>Implement refined management and strategic optimization during project execution to control and reduce overall logistics costs.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Inventory Management</li><li>Proficiently operate Warehouse Management System (WMS).</li><li>Monitor inventory structure, identify slow-moving and aged stock, and assist in developing and implementing disposal plans.</li><li>Respond to order and inventory inquiries from internal teams, including Sales, Planning, and Delivery.</li><li>Handle abnormal orders such as damaged goods, incorrect shipments, and shortages; submit timely reports and follow up on resolutions.</li><li>Compile daily operational data, including inbound and outbound records, inventory status, and on-time delivery rate.</li><li>Assist in preparing weekly and monthly operational reports.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Cost Estimation for Bidding</li><li>Calculate end-to-end logistics costs during project bidding.</li><li>Provide accurate cost data to support reasonable pricing and secure project awards.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>In-Process Cost Control</li><li>Optimize logistics solutions and negotiate rates with suppliers during transportation.</li><li>Reduce logistics expenses and manage total costs effectively.</li></ul> 
Job Requirements 
 
<ul><li>Education Background</li><li>Full-time bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above from key universities.</li><li>Majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, English, or related fields are preferred.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Work Experience</li><li>Minimum 3 years of working experience in overseas warehousing, international logistics, or procurement management.</li><li>Experience in new energy sectors (energy storage, photovoltaic, wind power), power equipment, or large-scale engineering projects is highly preferred.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Professional Skills</li><li>Skilled in office software and WMS; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.</li><li>Experienced in oversized cargo transport, special vehicle operation, multimodal transportation of hazardous goods, overseas warehousing, and on-site logistics planning for projects.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to handle unexpected issues.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Language &amp; Communication Competence</li><li>Fluent in English for seamless business and technical communication; proficiency in other foreign languages is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of team management and resource alignment.</li><li>Strong capabilities in supplier negotiation, contract administration, and strategic procurement are preferred.</li></ul>

Position: Instrumentation Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Lead instrumentation engineering and field installation activities for oil &amp; gas EPC projects.</li><li>Review and approve instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Supervise installation, calibration, and commissioning of field instruments, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.</li><li>Manage control valve, safety valve, and analyzer system installations.</li><li>Coordinate with DCS/SCADA and electrical teams for system integration.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES-J series), ISA, and IEC codes.</li><li>Conduct site inspections, resolve punch lists, and perform pre-commissioning activities.</li><li>Interface with Saudi Aramco inspection team for documentation and approvals.</li><li>Manage and guide instrumentation supervisors and technicians.</li></ul> 
Requirements: 
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related Engineering field.</li><li>10+ years of field experience in instrumentation installation and commissioning for oil &amp; gas EPC projects.</li><li>Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage.</li><li>Proficient in Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES-J), ISA S5.1, IEC 61511.</li><li>Hands-on experience with HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, or similar protocols.</li><li>Strong understanding of SIS/SIL requirements and instrument loop testing.</li><li>Ability to read P&amp;IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.</li><li>Valid Saudi Iqama or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.</li></ul>

The role involves supporting customer communication and service coordination in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong spoken and written communication skills in both English and French, excellent customer-handling abilities, and the capacity to follow service workflows accurately. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Handle customer inquiries through voice and written channels in both English and French.</li><li>Support logistics-related service communication, including order follow-up, issue handling, and status coordination.</li><li>Provide clear, professional, and empathetic customer support while maintaining efficiency.</li><li>Accurately record customer interaction details in the required system.</li><li>Follow project Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, escalation rules, and turnaround requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams when issues require cross-functional support.</li><li>Meet service quality, attendance, productivity, and compliance expectations.</li></ul> 
Requirements
