Key Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Build a quantifiable, real-time, and accurate data framework, including unified core metrics, data definitions, and monitoring mechanisms.</li><li>Design and maintain core dashboards and daily/weekly reports covering content performance, conversion funnels, retention/churn, and monetization metrics.</li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis on key content, projects, and campaigns (e.g., major shows, short-form content, or regional initiatives), providing performance evaluation, issue diagnosis, and optimization recommendations.</li><li>Develop user profiling and segmentation models, establishing tagging systems, audience clusters, and preference insights to support content, product, and operations strategies.</li><li>Identify critical churn and drop-off points across the user journey, drive cross-functional improvement initiatives, and track post-optimization results.</li></ul><br>
Requirements:<br>
<ul><li>Experience in data analysis or data operations, preferably within content platforms, internet products, or growth-oriented environments.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL; hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.</li><li>Python experience is a plus.</li><li>Clear logical thinking with the ability to articulate a full loop of problem  metrics  insights  actions  review.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with product, content, and operations teams.</li><li>English as a working language is required.</li><li>Familiarity with Middle Eastern users or Arabic language skills is a strong plus.</li></ul><br>
