About the Role
Callnovo is seeking an English + French Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a logistics project based in Cairo. The role involves supporting customer communication and service coordination in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong spoken and written communication skills in both English and French, excellent customer-handling abilities, and the capacity to follow service workflows accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through voice and written channels in both English and French.
- Support logistics-related service communication, including order follow-up, issue handling, and status coordination.
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic customer support while maintaining efficiency.
- Accurately record customer interaction details in the required system.
- Follow project Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, escalation rules, and turnaround requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams when issues require cross-functional support.
- Meet service quality, attendance, productivity, and compliance expectations.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Customer service experience in BPO, contact center, logistics support, e-commerce support, or similar service environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven operating environment.
- Able to use CRM or ticketing tools and basic office software.
- Demonstrates stable work discipline, reliability, and a good teamwork mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting logistics, shipping, order management, or supply-chain related customer service.
- Experience in bilingual customer communication for international accounts.
- Familiarity with QA standards, service metrics, and escalation handling.
