Job Opportunity: Customer Service Specialist (Portuguese Speakers).

We are currently recruiting fluent Portuguese speakers to join our international team.

We have recently updated our compensation package to attract top talent.
Compensation Package:

Base Salary: 25,000 EGP Net per month.

Performance Bonus: Up to 160 EUR monthly based on KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer support via chat.

Handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional service standards.

Requirements:

Native or advanced fluency in Portuguese (B2/C1).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet team targets.
